Sheriff’s departments honoring leaders as part of special week

This week, September 17 through September 23, is Sheriff’s Week.

Several local departments are taking the time to honor their leaders.

The Columbia County Sheriff’s Office celebrated with breakfast pastries, donated by Spruce Salon.

It also thanked members of the department for everything they do in the community.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office also took the time to honor the unsung heroes working there.
