Smokey Bear makes appearance at Fall Festival
This past week, Forest Ranger Mitchell joined Smokey Bear at the 41st annual Fall Festival at Five Rivers Environmental Education Center in Delmar.
The event featured 25 interactive exhibits. Ranger Mitchell discussed fire safety and his job as a forest ranger.
