Many people deal with fall allergies.
Common symptoms can include a stuffy or runny nose, itchiness, watery eyes and sneezing.
If you suffer from fall allergies, you should limit your time outdoors, if possible. You should also close the windows in your home and try to shower daily to wash off any pollen.
Another tip is to avoid drying clothes outdoors, so the pollen doesn’t come inside.
There are different treatment options available. Nasal steroids are usually the number one treatment. You can also take an antihistamine on an as-needed basis.
As always, you should speak with an expert to find the treatment that’s best for you.
