Dietician suggests knowing your caffeine limits
Millions of Americans drink at least one cup of coffee every day. Of course, many drink a lot more than that.
While 400 milligrams of caffeine is the recommended limit, some people have a much lower threshold.
Registered Dietician Julia Zumpano with Cleveland Clinic explained when you consume too much caffeine, it can cause a headache, make you feel jittery or anxious, and increase your heart rate. It can also disrupt your sleep.
