Gov. Kathy Hochul is launching a new commission on the future of healthcare.

The 13-member advisory board will work to build strategic recommendations
for the state’s health care system to ensure it can best serve the needs of New Yorkers.

The commission includes some of the foremost practitioners and policy experts in New York.

The first recommendations will be due before the end of 2024.
