Taking a smart phone break can be good for mental health
Taking a smart phone break can be good for mental health, according to a recent study.
It’s hard to imagine life without your smartphone.
According to a new study, taking a break could be good for your mental health.
Ninety-one percent of participants in a recent study reported seeing an improvement in their mental health and longer attention span after two weeks of a digital detox.
They were asked to avoid the smart features of their phone for two weeks and only use it to call or text people.
Instead of spending time on their phone, the participants reported spending more time outdoors, time with friends, reading, and sleeping.
