Tips to help eye-strain after too much screen time

Logging long hours in front of a computer can prove irritating to your eyes. Health experts warn itchy, red eyes, even blurry vision can result from prolonged computer usage.
Dr. Craig See, an ophthalmologist with Cleveland Clinic, says make sure your work station is set up so the top of your computer or laptop is at eye level.
He also suggests using the “20-20” rule. Every 20 minutes, take a 20 second look at something at least 20 feet away.
