Bellini’s opens new Slingerlands location

Bellini’s has a new home in Slingerlands.
Owner Joe Marello bought the building complex and renovated the former Roux Restaurant – giving Bellini’s a new spot in Vista Park.
Staff and management recently celebrated with the Bethlehem Chamber during a ribbon-cutting.
The menu includes classic Italian dishes like antipasto, gnocchi, chicken marsala, pizza, pasta and meatballs.
The original Marello’s restaurant owned by Joe’s dad was opened in 1959 at the corner of Delaware and Jefferson avenues in Albany.
