Nipper is Albany’s iconic 28-foot-tall dog statue, that sits atop the former RCA distribution warehouse.
Artists of any age or ability can apply to decorate a replica.
Ten artists will be chosen to participate in the project. They will receive $750 for materials, two tickets to the exhibit launch event and 30% of the proceeds from the sale of the sculpture at the end of the exhibition.
