Hattie’s Restaurant hosting New Orleans inspired event at SPAC

A special culinary experience is being offered at The Pines at SPAC next month.
It’s called A Southern Opus: Hattie’s featuring Chef Mark Graham.
Graham has been cooking for 39 years and has become a fixture in the Capital Region food scene – recently becoming the executive chef of Hattie’s in Albany.
A soulful and sophisticated New Orleans inspired menu is planned for the May 12 event.
Items include: hors d’oeuvres, mini biscuits and bacon jam.
There’s also an appetizer of mushroom gumbo.
Your choice of stuffed quail, grilled red fish or brassica for a main course and a dessert that features sweet potato tart with pecan crumble.
Tickets cost $100 a person.
