A new glamping resort is up and running in Washington County. The Preserve Battenkill River is on State Route 313.
There are several ways you can stay there. From deluxe tent cabins, waterfront rustic cabins, stargazing domes to a riverbank off-grid travel trailer – there’s something for everyone.
Riverfront Glamping Cabins are steps from the Battenkill River’s edge and offer private accommodations.
They don’t have private bathrooms, but the bathhouse with amenities is nearby.
If you’re looking for more privacy, deluxe tent cabins include private bathrooms.
If you want to enjoy a summer night looking up at the stars, the resort’s glamping pods offer 180° panoramic views of the surroundings.
If you want a more traditional camping experience without foregoing any of the basic amenities, check out the off-grid travel trailers.
The resort is also complete with dining, local brews and wines and an outpost resort store – and it’s close to local wineries, hiking trails and other activities.
