People are living longer and looking to stay healthier – leading to more active communities across the country. This has local developers building 55+ communities.
One development group – the former Spinney Group – now Live Well Group – has launched a new wellness program at their communities in Albany and Rensselaer counties.
The LiveWell Group is the second generation to develop and manage rental properties in the area. However, they see it more than just a place to live. They want their residents to thrive.
Their focus is on five core lifestyle concepts: community, environmental, intellectual, social and wellness.
