WWE legend ‘Hacksaw’ Jim Duggan out of hospital after emergency surgery

WWE legend and Glens Falls native “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan is out of the hospital after having emergency surgery.

Duggan posted on his Facebook page: “Out of the HOSPITAL!!!  “Big Thanks to the doctors, nurses, and staff at the Glens Falls Hospital! You made a rough few days much easier!!  

“Also, thanks to all of you who had a thought and a prayer for me as we went through this difficult time. Love you!”

Duggan and his wife were visiting Glens Falls on Friday and on Saturday, he was inducted into the Glens Falls Firefighters Association as an honorary member for his work in the 1970s as a summer firefighter.
