Hudson Falls man faces new drug charges 

A Hudson Falls man already in jail is facing new charges in connection with drug sales. 

Nicholas Hafner, 37, is accused of selling narcotics in the villages of Hudson Falls and Fort Edward in October. He already was serving time on a separate prison sentence for drug-related charges earlier in 2023.

Hafner was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal sale of a controlled substance He was arraigned in Washington County Centralized Arraignment Court and sent back to jail.

He is due in Kingsbury Town Court at a later date.
