Local veterans get escort from Warren County Sheriff’s

A group of 37 local veterans was escorted by Warren County Sheriff’s from the Municipal Center to the Warren County line as they left for a trip to Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Warren County Sheriff’s posted about the special occasion Friday on Facebook.
The trip was fully funded for by a New York State Senate grant through the PFC Joseph P. Dwyer Peer Support program, according to Warren County Sheriff’s.
Veterans will spend two night’s and three day’s exploring historic sites in Gettysburg.
