Saratoga Police confirm asphyxiation cause of woman’s death
Brianna Craig died by asphyxiation, according to Saratoga Police. Craig was found at her Vanderbilt Apartment home Tuesday evening after police say she had gotten into a fight with Sebastian Mabb who was later arrested and charged with second-degree murder.
A police source told NewsChannel 13 that the likely cause of Craig’s death was asphyxiation on Thursday. A candlelight vigil will be happening Friday at Vanderbilt Apartments at 6 p.m.
Mabb is scheduled to appear in Saratoga City Court Friday morning at 9:45 a.m. He’s currently being held at Saratoga County Jail.
“She will live on in our hearts, she is seen in the stars and the sunrise and sunset, and will forever be with the people who loved her,” she said.
A candlelight vigil was planned for early Friday evening at Vanderbilt Terrace.
