Summations are expected Tuesday in the wrongful death suit brought by the estate of Darryl Mount against the city of Saratoga Springs.

Mount died less than a year after he allegedly fell while being chased by police.

Police say back in 2014, they found Mount face down on the ground after falling from scaffolding after he climbed over a fence in a construction site.

He survived that fall, but was confined to a wheelchair before dying the next year.
