HVCC events introduces Capital Region teens to new career options

More than 2,000 8th and 9th grade students across the Capital Region got a glimpse of their future in Troy on Wednesday.
Career Jam took place at Hudson Valley Community College.
The highly interactive career exploration event brought students and local employers from 16 different career industries together.
Students got hands-on experience and were able to take part in career demonstrations.
The students came from 12 local school districts.
Career Jam says it’s inspired more than 17,000 students in our area to explore diverse, local career pathways.
