The city of Albany had some local guests visit their Trunk-or-Treat event.

The Department of Neighborhood Services decorated cars and trucks at the Neighborhood Center on Henry Johnson Boulevard.

The guests including representatives of Albany Fire, Police, General Services and Albany Water.

There was candy, haunted houses and balloon animals.
