Heavy rain causes flooding, closes roads in parts of Capital Region

Heavy rain continued to cause major problems in parts of the Capital Region on Monday.
NewsChannel 13 received several reports of road closures.
The heavy rain is part of a storm that’s affected much of the East Coast, with rain and wind – including very high winds in much of New England.
