The man accused of driving a motorcycle while high and drunk and killing two people in Lake George went before the judge Friday.
Anthony Futia pleaded not guilty to all charges.
He’s still in a wheelchair, four months after the crash that killed Quinton Delgadillo and Jamie Persons.
Investigators say Futia had drugs and alcohol in his system, and was unlicensed.
Futia’s been held in a state medical facility since the June 12 collision along the Warren County Bike Trail.
He faces up to 8 1/3 to 25 years in state prison if he’s convicted of the top counts of aggravated vehicular homicide.
