The Troy Public Safety Committee will meet tonight to review police policies in the wake of a deadly crash on Hoosick Street in February.

State Police said a Troy Police officer was at fault for killing a man on Feb. 22 just before 1 a.m. Investigators say Officer Justin Byrnes was driving nearly 90 miles per hour and ran a red light when responding to an emergency. He struck and killed a man.

The meeting will take place at 6 p.m.
